(11/8/2014) This may be why dictators exist: once people have the ability to do whatever they want after years of constraints, chaos ensues and tribes re-form. Globalism is probably not a good thing for the globe after all, because constraints will eventually come in the form of some kind of boundary or boundary condition: walls, fences, moats, dictators that decide where they go. This is also why attempts by the west to nation-build might never work. It is the year of her birth, but obviously makes other inferences. All years have certain resonances for someone: 1941, 2001, 1959, 1969 ad nauseum. But they are not necessarily milestones. It is only in retrospect that they in fact become watersheds.
