Alien life probably have limits of perception, as we do, but in different areas. If they lived on planets farther from a star, or even on rogue planets, they'd have huge eyes and great vision--or like drone aircraft, would have no windows because everything could be viewed with other apparatuses. In the spaces where there is no perception, conspiracy theories and supernatural beliefs would prevail. Just because something can't be readily observed doesn't prove truth or falsity, but rather that there are myriad versions of Reality, with none of them completely real.
